I have ordered several times and always been pleased with the packing, delivery notifications and customer service. I try to schedule my frozen items for delivery during cold spells so they arrive in a semi-frozen state and this works well as not many online Asian supermarkets offer national frozen food deliveries at a reasonable cost. Cleo was excellent in keeping me informed about items that were out of stock in my latest delivery and I was able to ask for substitutes and was also refunded for some items that couldn't be substituted.

I placed my order but because it was during the bad weather and contained frozen items they contacted me and asked if they could hold it back until the could guarantee quick delivery. They kept me informed at all times and when the order did arrive it was in perfect condition. Packed well and only one item missing which I was refunded for immediately. A fantastic company to do business with. This is my second order and I will be going back for more. Thank you

Yesterday I went to this supermarket to buy some oreo cookies.
When I ate them once at home, I´ve found its tasted pretty weird, so I check the consumption date and what a nightmare it makes sense cause it´s outdated....
Dont recommend it at all, for me it´s a total fraud to sell some products like that...

Super fast delivery and everything I ordered arrived safely. But I think there should be a better way of packaging the food items instead cardboard packaging covered with lots of sellotape. Apart from that, I am very happy with the service.
