I came to Ingles here in Murphy NC today (Thurs 12/5/24) at around 7:45 pm, about a week and a half before my 44th birthday. My partner made the world's best cabbage stew for us during this chilly week and I have three days off work starting today. Work has been stressful and so has family and other things so I took the day to unwind. I slept in, went for coffee and a buffet, got some lottery and then stopped by the bakery here and saw a friendly familiar face. Kaitlyn (pictured here) really went above and beyond today to provide me with the customer service experience I needed during this time of the year which is supposed to be full of joy but can occasionally and unfortunately be trying instead. I needed the closest thing to a real home baked bread for stew that I could find in this area and I found it at her suggestion. Thank you Tuscan raiders, La Brea bakery and everyone here at the Murphy Ingles for a top shelf customer service experience and an amazing Tuscan loaf to go with my amazing winter stew on my days off. Special thanks goes to Kaitlyn with her bubbly voice, magnetic smile and surprisingly upbeat attitude that she demonstrates every time i see her without fail. Also thanks to my cashier Kaylee and my bagger Aidan who both also had positive attitudes and magnetic smiles themselves and who as a team topped off my evening in a delightful fashion benefiting of the holidays, putting up with my goofy talkative self with good humour and checking me out with my bread, Smith Bros. Brand cherry flavored pectin throat drops and Monster brand energy drink (which I only have twice a year if that and only drink half of each time.) Corporate take notice! Everyone working at this store location deserves a raise! Happy holidays and peace and goodwill toward all.

The best Ingles market i have ever been to! They are always nice and clean! The selection is absolutely unmatched in the tri state area. I love the non dairy Creamer options. I also love the selection of Hispanic and Asian foods. The best part is the cheese selection. There is a wall of cheese (actually 2). Keep ou the great work! They are top notch. Love it and thank you for the groceries! Don't forget Tuesday is triple points day for discounts on your gas. Keep on rocking in the free world!

I find not much if any stock with the buy one get one free items. Most prices are higher than Walmart. However, the staff are courteous and friendly and we like the gas rewards.

i was in ingles 403, employee was nice but very slow, not paying attention to what we ordered, we got the wrong price, we were in a rush so we just payed and left, after opening the food the quality was not good and tasted salty and like soap. ingles a good company we shop there all the time, we will still continue shopping. it was just the single bad experience.
