Today I received exceptional customer service from the store managers regarding a Albertsons app-based delivery order. The Shopper was not satisfactory and that's NOT my usual experience with Albertsons shoppers. I called the store and spoke to Christina and Candice in management. Candice in particular went out of her way to take care of my situation, found all the products I wanted and was just exceptional! Now I'm going to write a letter to corporate if I can find an
address. This kind of service is extraordinary. She went above and beyond.

I love our Albertsons! We recently used their catering options for our wedding reception & morning after brunch. The catering trays are super convenient, fresh, and you can order ahead online! We also ordered bulk fried & baked chicken for 100+ guests and they did not disappoint. Shopping there, they have an excellent variety of fresh produce, seafood, meats & cheeses. The store is always very clean & organized, and the employees are very friendly (especially the guys at the deli & meat/seafood counters!). Also, get the app and save on their coupons, it's worth it.

Today I parked on the east side of the parking lot, about two spots down from the cart return. I had my toddler with me and I did not have my groceries in bags- I was going to transfer them directly into the car. Upon returning to the car the wheels locked up- the anti theft device. My cart was almost in the middle of the road. I had to leave the cart full of groceries and carry my toddler to the car to strap her into the car seat. As I went back to collect my groceries I saw an employee collecting the carts. I informed him my cart had locked up with the groceries inside. He told me quite rudely that yes, the wheels lock up when you get too far away and acted like I should have known this. He said I would have to leave the cart there and he walked away. He did not offer to help unload my groceries. As I was forced to walk my groceries one by one to my car I caused a traffic jam and my toddler became quite upset, crying in her car seat . I am upset there is no clear distinction as to where the carts lock up- I was well within the grocery parking lot limits. Again two parking spots down from the cart return. I am also upset as to how rudely I was treated. I’ve given two stars as the butcher was very friendly and went out of his way to quarter my whole chicken and find me in the store to return the quartered chicken.

Sono rimasto stupito dall'abbondanza di vini presentati, purtroppo nel banco frigo dei formaggi mancavano molte proposte. E non siamo stati in grado di trovare i formaggi italiani e francesi che cercavamo. Per il resto Il supermercato è molto ben fornito, e per quanto riguarda gli affettati, malgrado la scarsa scelta, offre dei prezzi tutto sommato abbordabili.
Purtroppo comprendo bene che le scelte aziendali rispecchiano le limitate richieste locali.
Questo supermercato offre un ampio parcheggio anche per disabili.

The bakery department are awful and rude they completely messed up my cake order a few weeks ago and I gave it the benefit of the doubt to order again in person this time and the older lady who helped me had a huge attitude and super rude! I walked out and didn’t even place my order. I complained to a manger about her employee at the bakery and she didn’t seem to care much. I won’t be shopping there again it’s worth the drive to go to Vons is a sister store anyways! I’ll drive the extra 10 mins to Atascadero. Albertsons needs to train more on their customer service and how they treat people I had my 7 year old son witness the ugliness of that lady’s demeanor... not a good look.

I've been shopping at Albertson since I was very little. I'm so proud that it's still around. It's 1 of the best stores... Top notch service and professional. I also want to say that there's a DMV kiosk here. If you want to skip the line of the DMV and even get your tag printed out there, this is the place to go.
