Plenty of parking and bus stop in easy walking distance. Usual large supermarket offerings at reasonable prices for all income spectrum and friendly staff. What's not to like?

I recently visited the Asda Killingbeck Cafe, hoping to satisfy my coffee addiction while grocery shopping with my partner. The cafe boldly claimed to serve Seattle's best coffee, but my experience left me highly disappointed.

Upon perusing their limited menu, I settled on my favorite drink, a hazelnut latte. However, this cafe managed to turn even this simple order into a bizarre experience. The coffee machine was broken, and I was handed an empty cup without a lid, instructed to use an automatic machine to serve myself. To make matters worse, the hazelnut syrup was poured directly from a bottle without any measurement at the till.

This whole setup felt more like a visit to a low-quality gas station with one of those subpar Costa coffee machines. To make matters worse, the machine ran out of milk, and I had to wait for one of the overwhelmed team members, who was already struggling to attend to other customers, to refill it.

Overall, the experience was characterized by terrible service, low-quality coffee, and a hefty price tag of £3.59, especially when you're essentially left to serve yourself. There was a complete lack of customer service, and the waiting time seemed never-ending. My local cafe offers far superior coffee with an acceptable level of customer service, making the Asda Killingbeck Cafe a disappointing choice for any coffee enthusiast.

Appalling service for click and collect. This is the 2nd time I have done click and collect where I have been waiting ages. The first time it was 20 minutes before I got my parcel. This time was even worse. After waiting 15 minutes, there was 6 of us waiting, myself been waiting the longest. I had to ask if anyone was doing parcels as no one had been. Anyway, to cut a long story short, after 35 minutes I eventually got someone to check and it was "missing". How can I get an email ready for collection for it to be missing. I wasn't even told how to get it sorted. I was just left to it.

Utter rubbish, Asda's system had a dicky fit at the end of November meaning we couldn't pay with a christmas savings card, no alternative or other option was offered and we was simply told to contact "asda house" which we did. A month on and we're still not near resolving the issue with the store telling us to complain to "asda House" and their customer relations dept telling us to contact the store. This company has absolutely no respect for its customers and are simply not trust worthy where savings and gift cards are concerned.

Went here to do a food shop with my partner and child. Security guy kept on lingering around us making me feel uncomfortable, my child ran off and I went to go get him and the security man proceeded to follow me. He said multiple things to us which we did not understand as he didn’t say it loud enough for us to make out. Won’t be coming here again to be made to feel uncomfortable with my child, weird behaviour teach your security about personal space because we were literally just shopping nothing dodgy about it. Obviously on some power trip

My first time in this Asda and I was really impresed by the size and the new sections that I have never seen in an Asda before.
Both the Food Hub and the Street Food sections are great.
A bit disappointed with the cafe because of having to use vending maching but both our coffee and hot chocolate was very tasty.
Plenty of free parking plus a petrol station with great pump prices.
Toilets in the store (both mens and ladies) were disgusting, i told the customer seevice about the toilets and I believe somebidy did go and have a look and hopefully do sonething about the mess ?
There was no time sheet on the back of the entrance door to say when they were last cleaned.

contender for the worst supermarket in Leeds, extremely chaotic and full of rude customers. Only 1 staff member at the self checkout & people were abandoning them because they were getting stuck on the ‘issue with bagging area’ nonsense, and there were no staff members to help, so you ended up with a load of unavailable self checkouts.

Customers here are also incredibly rude, never experienced such ignorant people at any other supermarket, but I appreciate Asda have no control over that

I’ve been shopping here since it first opened as it’s my local supermarket but in recent months, I’m shopping here less and less due to the lack of tills open and self checkouts in operation!
Tonight, at 7.55pm all the ‘basket’ section self checkouts were closed and big queues forming.
This is totally unacceptable for a big supermarket and shows poor management in the running of the store!!!
