I don’t like leaving bad reviews because I worked in food service for a long time and everyone and every place has bad days, but enough is enough. I am filled with dread every time I decide to stop in here (Hauppauge location). Today was my last time there. I ordered an egg sandwich on a roll. Twelve minutes later, someone comes out of the kitchen to let another customer know they are out of rolls. This customer was disappointed to have waited fifteen minutes to be told that. Then it happened to another customer. Then another employee took an order that included a roll. I thought I’d wait to see how long I’d be told there weren’t any rolls, but it never happened. So I walked out. It’s fine to run out of something, but the communication and customer service is terrible. Who knows how much longer I would have waited!

Apart from this, they will often get my side order wrong for lunches. If the line is long, staff members will help people they know first rather than everyone having to wait their turn. So today, I drove ten minutes away to Long Island Bagel Cafe in Nesconset. Even with their higher prices, it was worth the drive and the wait. I like to look forward to eating my food!

Just flew in from Texas. I walked in and didn’t really know what I wanted. Daniel helped us make custom sandwiches. They looked and tasted amazing! So big I could only eat half. I will be back. Everyone was very friendly. .

Terrible. Very over priced ordered egg sandwich bacon egg Swiss cheese on bagel,didn't even taste the bacon at all. And bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Came out to $18. That's crazy. Never again.

RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE!!!!!!!! I ordered a BLT over the phone, I just wanted a simple sandwich. When it came time to pick it up I was charged $20 for a drink and was forced into paying for the extras that the sandwich apparently comes with that I was not told/asked about while placing the order. A pickle and a half full of macaroni salad… I have given this establishment a couple chances but I am upset each time and can say I will NOT be returning. I feel like I am wasting money each time I come in and refuse to pay a ridiculous amount of money for food that doesn’t even taste that great.

I was in on Saturday 9/28/24 around 3:00 to pick up a Too Good To Go order and the cashier made my whole week. Super sweet and gave me a compliment that turned a crummy day right around.

I have been to this location for breakfast a few times and every time, my order has been messed up (even after staff wrote down the orders, which have been two orders max each time). On two different occasions, the flavored cream cheese has been switched on different bagels and this morning I got home to no eggs on the BECs I ordered. What’s the point of writing down the orders if they aren’t correct?

Been here a ton of times, kinda hit or miss. Food quality is good, bagels are always fresh, sandwiches and salads always tasty. The service is slow, there is no real "system", everyone seems to order, wait, wait. Counter help is spotty, some seem busy with nothing, others are attentive.

The place isn't cheap, or reasonable, compared to other similar bagel delis in the area. We ordered 2 simple sandwiches and paid close to $30!!!
