Large supermarket, bigger than it looks on the outside. Has extended hours so useful if the nearby trader Joe is shut. Correspondingly high prices though, a tub of coconut dairy alternative yoghurt came to $9 😱

I had a great experience! I came here on 7/20/24 around 2 or 2:15pm. The young lady at the register( I believe the second register from the entrance) was amazing. She was very kind,professional and helpful. She greeted me with a wonderful smile. She provided amazing customer service!! I wish I would have caught her name so I could rightly give her the credit she deserves.

A great store for some items, with a great, helpful staff. Unfortunately, their refrigeration needs serious investment. In the 4 years I’ve gone here (just moved out of NYC), the milk and other dairy products were bad about half the time and the ice cream was usually basically melted. The availability and diversity of non-perishable products, however, is unparalleled in the neighborhood, and you can find almost anything you want, in contrast to other supermarkets in the area.

Terrible customer services , if I could give 0 star I would .
First , The price labeled on the shelf doesn’t match the price when you check out , false advertisement, fa example , shelf label 1.99 when check out it is 2.99 , you have to always double check. Second, terrible customer services , example , there is a cashier who work there many year is very rude to customer every time I’ve gone there I have to avoid her, I wondered why every time when I checked out she gave me attitude / black face. She wouldn’t say a word to me during check out, usually when we check out in other store cashier will ask do you need a bag, will tell you the total, and ask if you need the receipt at the end, that is not the case with this cashier , she was ice cold like the world owns her a lot, today at checked out when everything was done I waited and see she will finally say something and asked if I need the receipt . nope she was just stand there like a stone , as usual she didn’t say a word and just gave a unbearable attitude.. I quietly paid and after that I think I should bring this up to the manager attention, however how the manager handled this situation was appalling , the guy who talked to me who claimed to be the manager and owner, at first didn’t even want to listen to me , he then made excuses for the staff , instead of addressing the issue with the staff he makes excuses for them, he didn’t apologize for the bad customer experience, instead he called the cashier over to confront me. The Cashier came over and said “ oh because I said good morning to you one time and you didn’t reply “ , and the manager said “ see that is why “. I was appalled . First all she didn’t say good morning to me because she didn’t even say any other word to me every time I check out, secondly , maybe that was 2 years ago one time she say good morning to me and I didn’t hear it and didn’t reply so she just quilt doing her job as a cashier and gave cold treatment to the customer going there every single time ? And the manager of the store is approved this behavior !!? It is eye opening to me . This kind of customer experience is terrible I hope people don’t go there as you don’t wanna experience this , I will Never go back again .

Was sold food that expired July 27, 2023. That is almost two months ago. Shouldn’t have to worry about accidentally buying something so expired. Wasn’t given a receipt, so unable to get my money back. Location also seemed heavily picked over — many shelves were left bare.

You have to check the dates on the food at this place. The food is always expired. I went to purchase a few items and all had expired. I was in the juice section when I noticed all the orange juice was expired. When I mentioned it to the workers, no one seem to care. This is not the first time. This has been happening for years. Nothing has changed. The veggies are always almost rotten. The prepackaged salads are expired most of the time. As stated, when you bring it to their attention. No one seem to care. It’s a shame that you have to carefully check the dates on the foods. This unacceptable especially for their high prices. They only cater to a certain kind of you know what I mean. 🤍 Definitely don’t recommend this place. It was June 30th when I went to purchase some wraps. They all were expired with May 11th as the expiration date.
