We are beyond sick and tired of the shift supervisor Sabrina. She clearly has an issue with the color of our skin or hates her job!... No clue what her deal is but, we feel it and other shoppers have picked up on it too. The rest of the team are great and always go out of there way to help us with our coupons and answer any questions we have.
We are residence of Boulder City and have shopped here for several years now. We have decided to take our experience /treatment by sabrina to corporate. We already complained to the store manager and it seems to have made our shopping experience worse by her. 10-8-24 Over it!

I was just in on Friday and bought all my Easter candy here. My husband gets all of his prescriptions here. I own Creative Salon and 8 years ago when we opened the salon I came and talked to Scott. He said as long as we shop here we can park in the lot up top by the street. The 9 of us have been shopping here ever since.
We love the great selection and the wonderful customer service. My best shopping day was 3 purchases in one day!

If your looking for a good deal, this is the wrong place. The prices are very high but they know it's convenient when the locals don't want to drive into henderson. As far as the pharmacy goes, I will not use this location. They seem to always be out of stock or half fill prescriptions and tell me to come back in 1 or 2 days for the rest. I do not recommend the pharmacy here. The staff has always been nice and very helpful when needed.

Stopped to pick up prescriptions at the drive up window. Service was really slow today. Didn't do as well as they usually do. Very disappointed with slow service today. ?

this is the worst drug store on planet earth with the worst pharmacy ever and the rudest pharmacy staff ever. The pharmacy staff are so rude that it will leave you speechless wondering how someone can even be capable of such intense rudeness in their life. lol. I have to go here for my husbands prescriptions sometimes. They will text you your pick up is ready then actually end up yelling at you somehow when you pull up for no reason that its not ready or they dont have it or whatever the issue is each time its something wrong but they end up yelling at you for literally no reason. Instead of just tell you its not there or whatever, they turn it around on the customer somehow and scream at them. I couldnt believe my eyes and ears. Update- had to go again- they had zero record of my account at all or my insurance -I was there forever with a line a mile long behind me while they finally found it or whatever they did, who knows, -a typical experiece. Everytime I have to get something my account is deleted again. My phone number doesnt even work back there but it works in the front on the same trip. When you enter it in they snarl at you that the number doesnt work with an attitude. Update- I had to go to to again my husband had the flu, then he went again a few days later to get a different kind of flu medicine that works better as they obviously didnt tell which worked better when I asked, thanks, they treated us both very rudely and they were whispering about him and looking over at him with glares, such strange odd people. Then also my husband overheard the pharmacy tech yelling at an eldery woman who was asking for something her doctor told her to get at the pharmacy and they yelled at her to go down the ailse to get it, she said no its a prescrption item and they yelled at her again that they dont have it and to go somewhere else. Not kidding. What horrible lives they all must have or who knows whats going on back there to cause such an aggressive staff. The pharmacy is really horrific there. They need to be investigated, recorded on tape and all fired asap. Im not kidding one bit. The ladies who work in the front are nice.
