I stayed here for a concert in Dallas, traveling from out of state with friends, when we arrived Nancy the front desk lady was very incompetent and rude the entire time. She stated she couldn’t find our reservations and she was unwilling to give us a room or find an additional stay and walked away from us when we asked her what the next steps were. Someone in the lobby was dealing with the same thing and even left in tears! After contacting the third party booker, they contacted her directly & suddenly our room and reservation appeared. She then gave us the wrong room number & we entered while a family was in there. Upon the correct room, our toilet was broken.
We didn’t have any towels, room service didn’t clean our room once, and the breakfast was just regular hotel breakfast. Their hot tub was not maintained nor was it hot. When requesting towels it took us repeatedly asking for towels to receive them. And we gave them plenty of time beforehand. No trash bags, floors in hotels were gross, no help from the workers.
Very upsetting experience but we made the best of it as all other hotels were booked due to the bowl.

This was one of our worst hotel experiences in a while.
-We stayed for 9 days and we saw house Keeping twice. Both times they gave us towels and trash bags and that’s all. We would be gone the whole day and come home and they didn’t come then either. Not sure what is happening but service is not.
-The rooms were definitely need some remodeling, old and stains all over the place. As well as the smells of the place were not great.
-The only thing this place has going for it was the front Desk staff are very nice and same with the breakfast staff.
-The breakfast was mostly good and options were nice.
-If housekeeping isn’t going to come they need to provide ways for us to clean or let us know what is happening. (broom or vacuum), I have 4 kids staying with us in a two bedroom suite. So we need a vacuum after one day.
-The location was good for us on McArther. Quick access to 144, George Bush toll or 635.
-Other hotels in the area so I would pick them over this one when we go back again.

The bathrooms need improvement. In the 2 showers there were no soap nor shampoo. The carpet seems stain dirty. The beds are ok. The staff is very friendly. I wouldnt recommed the stay in this place for more than 2 nights. There are other hotels better overall and cheaper than this one

This place looks completely different from pictures. It was dirty, run down, and smelled like you use to be able to smoke in the rooms and now you can’t. Mold everywhere. One towel for 3 people and when we asked for more they didn’t have any. Stains everywhere including the floor, couch, sheets, and towels. Cups in the kitchen were dirty. Rust everywhere. We all kept shoes on the whole time. Not to mention the stairs are so loud, you can hear everything. Worst hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time. Do not recommend.the only good thing was the nice man that let us check in an hour early and gave us a bottom floor since we have a child and many things to carry with no elevator.

Other than the fact that it is closer to airport and many other good Indian restaurants, not even a single thing is worth mentioning about this hotel. The moment you enter the room, you can feel it is such an old building. No toilet paper, no towels, and the bedsheets have visible stains. We booked an accessible room, but had to get a chair to take a shower. Imagine walking to and fro from room to reception for everything! Also, doors were scratched. Shower gels were empty. Water doesn’t drain from the sinks. And the list goes big. One of the worst hotels we have ever stayed.

Nice staff but extremely dirty. I wouldn’t recommend. The rooms we got were so dirty and the heaters weren’t working. Not safe. Informed a staff member but was never contacted. ||Room was disgustingly dirty and heater did not work. We asked for towels during our stay since the room only had 2 but they said they were al dirty and that we should try again later.

I stay at a lot of Hyatt properties for work and can honestly say this is worst property I’ve ever stayed in. My wife and I got in and there was 1 towel in the room, the 15oz shampoo and body wash in the shower was empty and never filled the 3 days we were there, no bathroom trashcan and no tissues. Thank goodness I had some shampoo and body wash for my wife when she was in the shower and had nothing to use. We also heard everything going on in the room next to us at 10:30 the first night and at 11:30 pm our last night there was something going on outside that made it hard to sleep. The morning we left we went to take a shower only to realize that they didn’t give us any towels, not even a bath mat. Only one hand towel. These are basic needs that they couldn’t meet. I would recommend you look elsewhere.
