Chef Payne prepared a dinner for my husband's 50th birthday party and it was absolutely perfect! From the start, he was professional, helped to individualize the menu, and was easy to coordinate with. He and his team were fantastic, served amazingly delicious food, and left the space cleaner than how they found it. Can't wait to do it again!

We recently celebrated my parents 60th wedding anniversary and selected Chef Nathan Payne to cater our event.
Nathan exceeded our expectations on all accounts. The food was delicious and the presentations were beautiful.
We had nine guests and everyone was delighted with the event.
Nathan was easy to communicate with via email, phone, or text and always responded quickly to any questions we had.
I would highly recommend Nathan and look forward to future events.

Highly recommend Plates by Payne. I initially reached out to plan a special anniversary dinner for my wife and I during vacation. Nathan responded within a couple hours of my initial inquiry and we were already planning the menu.

I was cautious because we had a few allergy considerations and Nathan handled this expertly. He has seen it all before and knew exactly what was safe and not safe - even when ingredients hide in less common foods. He came up with an amazing menu that balanced our favorites, allergies, and preferences without compromising on quality or his own creativity

Day of our special dinner he arrived a few minutes ahead of schedule and brought all of his own equipment, including place settings and pantry staples.

The four course meal was incredible. Photo of our menu included. Everything was well seasoned and featured some local ingredients.

This was truly top notch, white glove service. Nathan left the kitchen spotless as if he had never been there. He also came prepared with containers for leftovers so we were able to enjoy the meal for another day. It was a treat to have such a delicious meal, not have to cook or clean, and left with nothing but full stomachs and amazing memories.

I can not say enough! Plates by Payne catered my husbands 60th birthday celebration and did an exceptional job. The food was amazing… I mean every single dish and the guest were in awe over the presentation. Nathan and his staff definitely helped to create a memorable event. It’s such a relief to know that I will never have to search for a caterer again.

Nathan was absolutely fabulous! Flexible, creative, amazing customer service and incredible food. I would not hesitate to hire Nathan, it was our first time working with a personal chef and he was so helpful every step of the way. Nothing is too much trouble and the food was amazing!
