The store was spacious. The recycling machines were not working and needed an attendant to service 3 machines. The cleaners were mopping and sweeping the floor while customers were shopping. Perhaps cleaning while the store is closed will enhance the customer experience.

The best supermarket in NY, This supermarket is fantastic! The store is always clean, well-organized, and fully stocked with a wide variety of fresh produce, quality meats, and pantry essentials. The staff are very friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to assist customers. I also appreciate the competitive prices and frequent sales that make shopping here a great value. The checkout process is quick and efficient, and the parking is convenient. Overall, it’s a pleasure to shop here, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great shopping experience!

I've been coming here for years. They are open 24 hours a day, which is extremely convenient. I usually come shop at 4-5am, very little people in the store, makes shopping a breeze. Their prices on products are lower than other stores in Brooklyn. Is this store as posh as others like stop and shop or trader Joe's, no. Does it get the job done, yes. Would totally recommend 👌

While not a bad store, they lack enough organic products, and when I tried to find out if they had a product on the phone, I was put on hold and no one got back to me. Finally, I was told that they couldn't tell me if they had a certain cereal because no one was in that aisle. What a joke. I will still use them, but only as a last resort. The advantage of Shoprite is that they are open late, not that they have the best products or customer service.

i’ve been shopping here with my grandma since i was a kid. yesterday, my boyfriend and i were in the store when he suddenly ended up fainting. the staff here was so amazing in helping 🥹 they got him a chair, something soft for his head, called the ambulance and stayed with us until they arrived. they even kept my cart for me when i returned after taking him home lol

i didn’t get anybody’s names but i think one of them was a manager, one was a security guard and a few others were general employees in the veggie section. shout out to you guys if youre reading and shoprite in general, keep up the great work 👍

Store is large. Has a different assortment of ingredients from Asian & Hispanic items to kosher Jewish fares. They were the only store near my cousins home that we could purchase 20L bottled water for the dispenser. However, it wasn’t cheap—I pay $11 for a new bottle with water whilst here it’s $20. They were selling live wreath with decorations, small pines, and poinsettias thus the entryway smelt fresh with holiday treats. Would say the outside area needs some sprucing up. The day we went the rain was hard so maybe that was there reason not to clean. Also, not the stores issue but something to be aware/weary of. Traffic in this area can be difficult especially after 5pm. Hence, account if you don’t live very close by and decide to drive. We spent 20-min just trying to get out the next street over.

A few shelves are empty at peak hours 2pm on Saturday but most things you need are stocked or they are actively restocking. Don't panic people.
Lots of helpful employees working throughout the day. The lines were actually quick for such a busy time.
Their 24 hour schedule was adjusted this weekend. Closing at 12am and opening 6am, according to a sign, likely for restock and cleaning.
